Developed for the 7090? Really?
[edit]From the article: [...] 709 PACkage. It was a report generator for the IBM 7090 [...]. This seems a little strange to me. Wasn't it initially developed for the 709? Or didn't they finish it before that one became obsolete, and so had to make it for the 7090? --Wernher 03:18, 25 Nov 2004 (UTC)
- it obviously was the 709, but the 7090 was mostly just a transistorized version of the same architecture. etc. W Nowicki (talk) 22:58, 3 September 2013 (UTC)
