Why have the characters called Basil been removed from this page?

I especially think that the Mouse Detective and Basil Fawlty should be referenced on this page.

Wiktionary has different entries for words starting with capitals and not. On Wikipedia all entries start with capitals. There's a huge amount of people named Basil which aren't here - see [search] _└ ^VodkaJazz / _talk ^┐ 09:46, 24 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
