Isaac David is author of www.AlbionVision.com and a graduate student studying urban planning at Wayne State University and historic preservation at Cornell University. He hopes to complete both degrees by May 2005.

His primary objective is to use technology (specifically the Internet) to re-connect people with place, and to use this as a tool to promote redevelopment.

This strategy has been tested since 1999 with a web site dealing with Albion, and another project that he has begun on Wyandotte, Michigan.
